At MLAY, we are committed to providing high-quality IPL hair removal and RF anti-aging devices for effective at-home skincare solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
✅ The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
✅ The device is in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.
✅ A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

⛔ Returns will not be accepted for:
❌ Used, damaged, or modified products.
❌ Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
❌ Orders placed through unauthorized third-party sellers.


2. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our support team at support@mlayco.com or use our contact form with your order details.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Product – Return the item in its original condition to the address we provide.
4️⃣ Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

✔️ Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
